Sellers and Introducers must provide:

  • Company legal documents (where applicable)

  • Bank details (IBAN)

Refusal to provide these documents or submission of fraudulent documents will result in account refusal or suspension.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. They agree to:

  • Not share their credentials with third parties

  • Immediately notify KB Digital Corp Ltd of any unauthorized use of their account

Users can communicate with each other via the secure messaging system integrated into the Platform. This messaging is intended solely for professional exchanges related to Deals.

The Platform allows Users to access, generate, and archive:

Upon completion of each Deal, Buyers and Sellers can review each other. These reviews contribute to Users' reputation on the Platform.

  • Absence of interruptions or errors

  • Accuracy or completeness of information published by Users

  • Platform suitability for Users' specific needs

  • Quality of services provided by Sellers

  • Favorable outcome of Deals


KB Digital Corp Ltd's liability can only be engaged for proven direct damages resulting from its fault, excluding all indirect damages such as loss of profits, loss of clientele, loss of business opportunities, or damage to reputation.
